WV CHADD is a statewide chapter of a national non-profit organizationCHADD Mission Statement

A CHADD GROUP's Objectives:
  • to maintain a support network for parents who have children with AD/HD and adults with AD/HD
  • to provide a forum for continuing education of parents, professionals, and adults with AD/HD about the disability
  • to be a community resource for information about AD/HD
  • to make the best educational experiences available to children with attention disorders so that their specific difficulties will be recognized and appropriately managed within educational settings

WV CHADD is in a period of transition.  We are looking for new volunteers to help put together support groups in locations around West Virginia.  At this time, there is only one active CHADD support group in West Virginia.  They meet in the Huntington area.  (View Info)
